Brand: Fairchild

The Fairchild Semiconductor SM-1 is a CMOS low-power voltage regulator designed to provide stable and regulated output voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V. The SM-1 features a compact size, expose jumper inputs (VEE to VCC) for adjusting the output voltage and an input voltage range of 4V to VCC-0.8V. The device is capable of delivering 150mA of output current and is ideally suited for low-power, portable, and battery-operated applications. The SM-1 also incorporates internal overvoltage and current limiting circuitry for input to output protection. Its high reliability features, low active and standby current, and extendable temperature range from -40°C to 125°C make the SM-1 an excellent choice for high-reliability applications.
