Brand: Fairchild

The Fairchild Semiconductor Integrated Circuit (IC) 215 A is a three-phase half bridge power MOSFET driver designed for motor control applications. It features three independent channels that can drive up to 2A of RDS(ON) Power MOSFETs, such as the Fairchild FDS857, FDS859, and FDS860 devices. The IC offers features like adjustable dead time, adjustable threshold voltage (VTH), phase resistor emulation, and soft-start. It also provides hysteretic mode and lost synchronization protection. The operating voltage range is 12V to 45V, and the maximum frequency is up to 180KHz in the Auto-PWM mode. The IC is available in a QFN-24 package.
