Decca International is a British record label and division of Universal Music Group. It was founded in 1929 as His Master's Voice (HMV) and acquired by MBO (Management Buyout) in 1992. Decca has a rich history of signing and nurturing iconic musicians such as the Rolling Stones, Dusty Springfield, Shirley Bassey, Jethro Tull, and Kathleen Battle.
