The Technics SL-DD33 is a high-end direct drive turntable that was produced by the Japanese electronics company, Panasonic (formerly Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.), under the Technics brand from 1988 to 1996. It's known for its exceptional sound quality, thanks to its high-torque direct drive motor, chopped AC synchronous motor, multi-segmented die-cast aluminum chassis, and S-shaped tonearm.
