It is a derivative of the Indonesian-made aircraft, the Alpherius HR-35, and is primarily produced in Indonesia by PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI). The DA-R15 is powered by a 150hp turboprop engine and has a maximum speed of 242 knots (277 mph).
