Brand: Vincent

The Vincent SSW-1 was a prototype sports car created by British engineer Philip Vincent in the late 1930s. It featured a unique and innovative aircraft-inspired design, with a low-slung body, pointed nose, and distinctive vertical tail at the rear. The car was powered by a 1250 cc Vincent-HRD twin-cylinder engine, which delivered a modest 45 horsepower. Despite its impressive looks, the SSW-1 was not practical for production due to its complex construction and high cost. Only one prototype was ever built, and it now resides in the National Motor Museum in the UK as a rare and fascinating relic of British design history.
