Brand: Realistic

Realistic 31-2000 (2000A) is a former model of a loudspeaker manufactured by Realistic, a sub-brand of Magnavox. This specific model, the 31-2000 (2000A), was introduced in the late 1980s or early 1990s and was marketed as a high-performance bookshelf speaker, suitable for use in smaller rooms or as part of a home theater system. The 31-2000 (2000A) featured a 0.75-inch (19 mm) pure-iron dome tweeter and two 6.5-inch (165 mm) polypropylene cone woofers, with a reported frequency response of 58 Hz to 20 kHz and a power handling capacity of 40 watts RMS / 200 watts peak. The cabinet was made of MDF (medium-density fiberboard) and finished in a grizzly oak veneer, with a vinyl outer shell for added durability. The 31-2000 (2000A) was part of Realistic's Legend series of speakers and was designed to provide a high degree of accuracy, resolution, and detail in the reproduction of music and dialog.
