Ortofon OMD-25 M is a high-performance moving magnet (MM) cartridge designed to deliver accurate and detailed sound reproduction. The OMD-25 M utilizes a nano-ceramic diamond cantilever, a PCOCC (Pure Copper by Ohno Continuous Casting) winding technique, and a split pole pin type generator system to ensure optimum sonic performance. It is compatible with Ortofon TT-1000C, TT-2000C, and TT-500C turntables, and is recommended for vinyl playback on medium to high-output tonearms. The OMD-25 M offers a frequency range of 20-22 kHz (+/- 1 db), a channel balance of 0-1 dB, a channel separation of greater than 25 dB, and a recommended tracking force of 1.7-1.9 grams.
