The Onkyo PL-33 X is a high-performance turntable that combines traditional analogue playback with modern digital features. It features a cast aluminum platter, an upgraded flavorous cartridge, and a DC servo motor for accurate speed control. The digital outputs (coaxial and USB) enable convenient connection to a variety of audio equipment and systems, including digital music libraries and computer interfaces. The updated tonearm assembly offers two-point grounding to improve reception and signal-to-noise ratio, as well as a detachable headshell that simplifies cartridge switching and alignment. The deck also features a new acrylic main platter and chassis with a solid MDF (medium-density fiberboard) base for improved stability and reduced resonance. Finally,the Onkyo PL-33 X is designed with built-in power and signal cords to provide simple setup and connection out of the box, making it easy to start enjoying the rich, warm sound of vinyl music.
