The JBL TLX161 is a 16-inch, dual-cone subwoofer intended for professional audio applications. It features a patentedSlot Dual-XL generates maximum low frequency output while maintaining accurate transient response and low distortion. The TLX161 has an integrated bracing system that reinforces the cabinet, resulting in low-frequency extension and superior transient impact. The subwoofer uses a 100-ounce (2.8 kg) high-compliance, ultra-low mass dual-cone driver with two large ferrite magnets for maximum excursion and output. The TLX161 has a frequency response of 31 Hz to 120 Hz (-10 dB), sensitivity of 97 dB, and a maximum acoustic output of 126 dB.
