Brand: Infinity

Infinity IRS Delta refers to a type of aircraft engine that belongs to the Infinity IRS, or Integrated Rotor System, developed by Rolls-Royce. The Delta engine is a variant of the IRS, which consists of a twin-spool gas turbine core and six opposite-rotating rotors. The Delta engine is specifically designed to provide power to rotorcraft, such as helicopters, in both military and civilian applications. It is known for its high power output, low fuel consumption, and advanced features such as full authority digital engine and propeller control (FADEC) technology and a Military Standard 1553B (MIL-STD-1553B) digital communications system. The Delta engine is also designed for ease of maintenance and offers onboard engine diagnostics and monitoring capabilities. Rolls-Royce has integrated the Delta engine into several helicopter platforms, including the EH101 Merlin, NH90, and CH-53K King Stallion.
