Brand: Hitachi

The Hitachi SR-802 is an old-model videocassette recorder (VCR) that was produced by Hitachi Maxwell (now Fujitsu) in the early 1990s. It operates on the VHS format, played and recorded VHS tapes, and had features such as time-lapse recording, program timer, and slow-motion playback. Its tape transport system was a stepper motor, and it used C30 heads for both recording and playback. Though advanced VCR models have since overtaken it, the SR-802 is still reminiscent of an important part of the video’s history.
