Brand: Cabre

The Cabre AS-101 is a subminiature (or miniature) integrated circuit (IC) that was introduced by the German semiconductor company Siemens in the late 1960s. It is a dual 3-input NAND gate, which means it performs the logical operation of producing a low output (0) when any two or all three of its inputs (A, B, and C) are high (1). This make it a versatile building block for digital circuits, as it can perform multiple logic functions with just two devices. The AS-101 package is very small, measuring only 5.5 mm x 3.5 mm x 2.5 mm, making it useful in applications where space is at a premium, such as in embedded systems or portable electronics. Today, the AS-101 is considered a historical IC, as it was one of the first successfully mass-produced semiconductor devices of its kind.
