Brand: Tdl electronics

TDL (Toronto Dominion Limited) Electronics Studio 4 was a standalone computer gaming console released in 1979. It was created by TDL's electronics division, which aimed to develop a machine for teaching programming concepts to college students. The console had a simple rectangular design, with a CRT display and a keyboard. The console came packed with 20 games, including chess, checkers, tic-tac-toe, and several variations of piano and animation programs. The main selling point of the console was its programming language, which let users create their own games and experiments. The number of inputs and outputs for the device was restricted, making it more flexible for learning basic programming concepts rather than advanced programming tasks.Several variants of TDL Electronics Studio were released throughout the 1980s, with improvements in graphics and processing power. However, due to the rise of personal computers and the limited capabilities of the console, it failed to gain wider popularity outside of classrooms. Today, the TDL Electronics Studio 4 is considered a relic of the early days of computer gaming and programming education, and is a collector's item for fans of vintage technology.
