RFT (Rapid Freefall Technique) MS 16 is a skydiving certification issued by the National Association of Sky Sports (NASS) in Italy. It is the 16th level of the RFT system, which is a training and certification program designed for skydivers to learn advanced techniques and surpass the legal requirements for skydiving in Italy. MS stands for "Massimo Sviluppo," which means "maximum development" or "advanced level" in Italian. This certificate verifies that the skydiver has undergone rigorous training and has demonstrated the necessary skills to safely and consistently perform advanced skydiving maneuvers at high speeds and low altitudes. RFT MS 16 skydivers have attained a high level of proficiency in this discipline, membership in the Italian National Skydiving Team, and they are authorized to participate in National and International competitions.
