The Luxkit A-220 is a commercial airplane manufactured by the Chinese aircraft manufacturer Luxkit. It is a narrow-body passenger jet with a capacity of up to 190 passengers, making it a direct competitor to the Airbus A220 and the Bombardier CRJ series. The Luxkit A-220 is powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1200G turbofan engines, which provide significant fuel efficiency improvements compared to previous generation engines. The aircraft has a range of up to 3,350 nautical miles (6,200 kilometers) and is equipped with advanced avionics and systems, including a full fly-by-wire control system and a digital flight control system. The Luxkit A-220 is expected to enter service in 2021.
