Brand: Fisher

The Fisher ARS-747 is a mid-century modern turntable introduced by the Fisher Manufacturing Company in the late 1950s. It features a unique two-speed design that plays records at both 33 1/3 and 45 RPM, controlled by a switch on the front of the unit. The turntable has an aluminum platter, automatic startup silencer, and a high-torque AC motor for smooth and uninterrupted operation. The design of the ARS-747, with its bold lines and chrome accents, is an exceptional example of mid-century modern style. It is still considered a sought-after collector's item among vintage audio enthusiasts.
