Brand: Crysler electric
The Crysler Electric CE-4A (mkI) was a battery-electric passenger car produced by the Chrysler Corporation's Newark, New Jersey subsidiary, the Electric Vehicle Company, in the mid-1960s. It featured a sleek, futuristic design with gull-wing doors and a low-slung body that projected a sports-car image. Underneath, the CE-4A (mkI) was powered by a high-performance, lead-acid battery pack consisting of 57 cells that provided a range of up to 48 miles on a single charge. It had a top speed of 55 mph and could accelerate from 0 to 30 mph in 12 seconds. The Crysler Electric CE-4A (mkI) was a limited production model, with only around 100 units produced, as battery technology at the time was not sufficiently advanced to make electric cars commercially viable on a large scale. Today, however, thanks to advancements in battery technology, electric cars like the Crysler EVs are increasingly popular and represent a major part of the automotive market's future.
