Brand: Aragon

Aragon 8008 (II) is a high-performance microcontroller from the Aragon family developed by New Japan Radio Co. (NJR). It is a successor to the Aragon 8008 microcontroller and includes several enhancements and improvements over its predecessor. The "II" suffix in its name denotes these upgrades. The Aragon 8008 (II) offers increased performance, memory, and I/O capabilities. Its 8-bit CPU operates at a clock speed of up to 16 MHz, which is twice that of the previous generation. It comes with up to 8 KB of on-chip flash memory, which is 512 bytes more than the Aragon 8008, making it more suitable for complex applications. The microcontroller also integrates up to 64 I/O pins, a significant improvement from the 32 pins of the Aragon 8008.The Aragon 8008 (II) supports various peripherals, such as UART, SPI, and I2C interfaces, PWM, DAC, and ADC channels, as well as watchdog timers for fault tolerance. It also features a comprehensive hardware debugger, providing real-time programming and monitoring capabilities. In summary, the Aragon 8008 (II) combines high-performance processing, increased memory and I/O capabilities, an extensive range of peripherals, and an advanced debugger to fulfill the requirements of more sophisticated and demanding applications.
