Brand: AMC

The AMC SW110 was a mid-size sedan manufactured by American Motors Corporation (AMC) from 1961 to 1965. It was one of AMC's flagship models, positioned above the Rambler Classic line and below the luxury Ambassador series. The SW110 was available in two-door and four-door bodies, and was equipped with either a six-cylinder or V8 engine. The vehicle was noted for its distinctive styling, which featured a long hood, sweeping roofline, and deep front and rear valances. The SW110 also featured advanced engineering, including automatic transmission and ventilated front disc brakes.Despite its strengths, the SW110 was not a commercial success, as it was overshadowed by competitors from larger automakers such as Ford and GM. AMC sold only around 75,000 SW110s during its five-year production run, and discontinued the model as part of a larger restructuring plan. Today, the SW110 is considered a rare and collectible classic car.
