The AMC B1-19 was a military transport aircraft produced by the American manufacturer, American Motors Corporation (AMC). The aircraft was originally developed in the late 1940s for use by the United States Air Force, with the first prototype completed in 1948.The B1-19 was a twin-engine transport plane designed for a variety of military roles, including cargo and personnel transport, as well as medical evacuation and paratroop operations.
