The Adam Audio S5X-V is a professional nearfield studio monitor designed for use in recording, mixing, and mastering applications. It features a 5.5" woofer and a 1" tweeter integrated into a strategically designed enclosure to ensure accurate and precise listening referential. The S5X-V employs Adam Audio's proprietary X-ART (Accelerated Ribbon Technology) tweeter for exceptional transient response, and a custom-built Class D amplifier powers the woofer and tweeter with up to 150W RMS each. The monitor includes multiple connectivity options, including XLR, RCA, and balanced TRS inputs, as well as DIP switches to adjust the response to the acoustic environment. The S5X-V's compact size makes it ideal for use in smaller studio setups, yet still provides a detailed and spacious soundstage that is unmatched in its class.
